Your Wedding Ceremony: A Fun & Fabulous Guide

Here’s a sneak peek at how things will go down with lots of fun and heartfelt moments. This is more of a traditional wedding ceremony structure, but if you have any ideas on how you want it to flow, let me know!

Pre-Ceremony Excitement

Arrival: Your guests arrive, mingle, and soak up the love.
Music: Set the mood with your favorite tunes.
Housekeeping: I’ll ask everyone to put their phones away (if you want!) and get all those seats filled.

The Big Entrance

Processional: Time for the grand entrance! The wedding party walks down the aisle, followed by you. Or you can enter together, there are lots of ways to do this! Choose a song that’s special to you.
Music Choice: Whether it’s classic, contemporary, or quirky – make it yours!

Welcome & Introduction

Warm Welcome: I’ll say Hi, and introduce myself and any other vendors, before kicking things off. We can do an Acknowledgment to Country if you wish as well.
Introduction: Thank everyone for coming, any special mentions etc.

Your Love Story

Why are we here: I’ll talk about you and how this all came to be. I’ll add in the laughs and the tears, making the day magical as we celebrate your forever love.

Fun Little Games (if you want)

Who Goes First for Vows? We’ll play a quick game like ‘paper, scissor, rock’ or ‘shot roulette’ to decide who goes first. It’s a great icebreaker!

The Legal Vows & Personal Vows

Legal Vows: I will come and be part of your love bubble to pass you your legal vows and personal vows.
Not Doing Personal Vows? That’s okay with will do our legal vows and ring exchange together.

Personalised Asking and Ring Exchange

Personalised Asking: Want to say ‘I do’? I’ll create an asking that matches you and your partner perfectly.
Ring Exchange: We will exchange rings at the end of the asking.

The Declaration

The Big Moment: I declare that you are married! You get to share your first kiss as newlyweds.

The Signing

Signed, Sealed, Delivered: We’ll sign the official documents with your chosen witnesses. This is the perfect time for some candid snaps. We can do this after the ceremony if this suits you better.

The Closing

Final Words: I’ll share some final heartfelt words and wishes for your future together.
The Recessional: Walk back down the aisle to celebration music, hand in hand, as your guests cheer.

Post-Ceremony Celebrations

Mingling: Time to mingle, take photos, and soak in the love from your friends and family.
Party On: Whether it’s a laid-back picnic or a full-blown reception, the celebration continues.
